• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university (approved by AICTE/UGC)
• Minimum 60% marks for General/EWS/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PwD)
• Diploma courses alone do not qualify
• Computer proficiency is expected

Selection Process

• Online Computer-Based Test (CBT):
• 200 questions, 200 marks, 2 hours
• Subjects: Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness
• Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
• Personal Interview: For candidates who qualify the CBT
• Document Verification: To confirm eligibility
• Pre-Recruitment Medical Test: Final health check

Training Program:

• Selected candidates undergo a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF):
• 6 months classroom training (₹5,000/month stipend)
• 2 months internship (₹15,000/month stipend)
• 4 months on-the-job training
• Post-training, candidates join as Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’.
